Cathedral City Cove · Est. 1965
A private mid-century retreat tucked against the San Jacinto Mountains, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs — where the days are long, the nights are warm, and the only agenda is slowing down.
Welcome
Welcome to The Cove House — a classic 1965 mid-century ranch designed for long, sunny days, warm desert nights, and the luxury of doing absolutely nothing at all.
Nestled at the top of the Cove, our private three-bedroom retreat offers nearly 2,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living, a secluded saltwater pool, mountain views, and hiking trails just steps from the front door.
Come unplug, work remotely, explore the desert, or simply float in the pool and watch the mountains change color as the sun goes down.

Why The Cove House
A secluded, walled backyard centered around the pool — yours alone for the length of your stay.
Set at the top of the Cove against the San Jacinto Mountains, with trailheads just across the street.
Original 1965 ranch details — a retro bar lounge, gas fireplace and vintage Magnavox record player.
Quietly removed from it all, yet just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport.
Outdoor Living
The heart of The Cove House is outside. Start the morning with coffee on the patio. Spend the afternoon floating in the pool. Fire up the grill and gather around the outdoor table as the sun disappears behind the mountains — then pour another glass of wine and stay awhile.
